Return Policy:
We will accept returns within 15 days of receipt of item after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Items must be in original packaging in new condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund the purchase price less all shipping costs. .

We are happy to assist you with exchanges made within 15 days of receipt of item. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Items sent back for exchange must be in the same new condition as received with all tags intact. . Please contact us prior to sending an item for exchange to help expedite the process.

Shipping Policy:
Most shipments within the United States ship via Priority Mail. Some smaller items may ship via First Class Mail.

Most International Shipments now ship by dhl or Express Mail. Visit the View Cart Page to see our Shipping Rates chart. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees/duties imposed by their country.

Orders normally ship within two business days of receipt of payment - often the next day.

All shipping prices include insurance.

Please note that the seller cannot guarantee delivery times on International shipments as they have to pass through the hands of your Government Customs Agency upon arrival in your Country.
